Aucune innovation technologique n’aurait
pu provoquer un tel bouleversement,
avec une telle rapidité. La technologie,
ça se diffuse lentement, cela prend du
temps. Aucune nouvelle découverte
ou nouveau concept en matière de
management n’aurait pu provoquer une
telle révolution. Une nouvelle approche
managériale, cela prend des années avant
de s’imposer. Et pourtant. Il aura suffi de
quelques semaines. Pas plus. En moins de
deux mois, on nous a changé le travail.
“ On ne travaillera plus jamais comme
avant “, disent en effet en choeur la
plupart des analystes. En quelques jours,
la transition numérique a avancé plus
vite qu’en deux décennies. En moins
de deux mois, ce sont jusqu’aux règles
du jeu de l’immobilier d’entreprise
qui se trouvent bouleversées.
Par quel miracle venons-nous d’assister
à une telle révolution du travail ?
Par le seul fait d’avoir fait une pause,
dirait-on. Une pause dans le fait d’aller
au bureau. De ne plus avoir à se déplacer.
